Understanding Identities, Privilege, and Oppression 101

Workshop from 4-5:30PM. This session will invite participants to consider the many aspects of their own identities, how those identities show up in engagement with other people. We’ll discuss how our different identities impact our experiences and perceptions in classes, residence halls, clubs, and elsewhere in campus life, and how we can engage our privileged identities to build more inclusive and equitable communities. All students welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Workshops held in Multicultural Center 735 in the Viking Union. Check the website for location updates soon before the date of the workshop.
